Antique Chinese Soapstone Carving wise man with foo dog / excellent quality

A nice old Chinese soapstone carving of excellent quality. But there is some damage. There is a chip in the base and the part of his staff that would extend over his head is broken off and missing. ( see photos) It is 6.5" tall. If not for the missing piece off the staff I believe it would be worth three times my starting bid price.
I use the ebay global shipping service for overseas buyers to almost anywhere in the world. Once the item is sent to them it is out of my control. I do not know what their charges are but I know that they are an efficient and reliable service. They have not lost or damaged an item yet. This is the only shipping option for overseas buyers. International buyers will have to pay customs duty fees associated with their country.
