Marble & Granite polishing system planetary  machine

Description

Planetary 4 heads 12 inch driver and a single  20 inch plate driver . Floor Grinder in which was made in Italy , it was designed in the 1904, that's 122 years ago by Mr Cassani, and created the first mobile Grinding Machine in the world. Ever since the Cassani  factory  has built many different types of grinders and polishers manly for Stone materials like Marble, Granite, Limestone etc. By utilizing  this machine  the  final finish of any floor is extraordinary, you might say better then factory finish outcomes.
I used this machine many times to fix uneven marble and granite floors give it a brand new look and consistent flat finish with no lippage, Even on brand new floors it can be used to make them look much better. Machine will pay for itself the first time used  for marble or granite floors.
The 4 heads spin individually, and the 4 head planetary driver weight is around 85 lb. for aggressive floor grinding & Polishing, The planetary heads can be retrofitted for different tooling desired, as is the 4 inch stones fabricated by the factory for this machine come with the machine many stones of each grit available, #1,= 36 grit   60grit  #2= 120 grit  #3 220 grit . This type of Floor grinder has been used all around the world, made in Italy in the 70's and still in good working condition with many years of service life left.
The motor is a USA  Baldor Industrial motor 7.5 HP Single phase  230 Volts, and 31 Amp , It runs at 1725 rpm , it transfer power between motor and  driver via 4 v belts that are easily replaced when needed to. It grinds with water the best with a built in water reservoir. An adjustment for up and down. The total weight of machine is about 450lb.  The frame has durable rubber wheels for easy maneuvering. It has also an hydraulic jack that is not working properly  to lift up the machine to change heads or tooling.
Machine comes with a single 20 inch plate, for flattening floors,  metal abrasives are used ( Trapezoid tooling), Plate takes  a total of 9 pcs.Trapezoid metal bond.
It comes with about 70 feet insulated 10-3 gauge wire power cord  with 50amp connectors, and a   connector wire for fuse-box connections (pigtail).
