Maverick ML7 Medium Mountain Bike Frame - Very slightly used.

Maverick ML7 Medium Mountain Bike Frame - Almost like new.  This Maverick frame, "MACE" was built in June of 2004.  The story behind this frame (and the reason it is almost like new) is that, from Maverick, it went to a bike shop where it sat on display for about a year. The shop owner sold the high end components off the bike, and then a year later decided to sell the frame.  I purchased the frame in December of 2006 for my wife.  She left me that year and I stuck the frame in a closet.  In 2008 I swapped the BB monolink with the one on my ML7 while I waited on rebuild parts - so the BB monolink is not unused.  I came across the frame the other day and decided it's time to move it along.  So, this pristine vintage frame is up for sale.  I would like to point out two minor blemish areas. Both are shown in the pics.  One is a scuff mark on the rear triangle chain stay, and the other is the aforementioned blemishes on the bottom bracket mono-link.  This frame is an iconic hand made aluminum frame made in the good ol' USA, and was one of the most unique and innovative designs of its time.  Even though I now ride a carbon fiber bike on the trail, I still have my ML7 and ride it regularly.  I have it set up as a street cruiser and it is a crowd pleaser.  "MACE" tells me to pass along that she is looking for just the right new owner to enjoy her gorgeous lines and amazing style and performance.  She also says she still weighs in at a svelt 5.67 pounds, even after all these years :-)
