In order to reduce shipping cost and to protect contents, packages with music boxes have been opened enough to put fragile items in boxes, and then re-sealed. Also, any glue included in the kits will probably have long ago dried up. Please be prepared to purchase glue separately.
Kits contain all the materials needed to make the featured item such as uncut plastic canvas, floss, needle, embellishments, glue, cutting directions, and instructions. Other materials that might be required but not included will be noted on the instructions.

Refunds will not be given for excess shipping if you pay prior to receiving the combined invoice. Sometimes, items cannot be combined either due to weight, size, or shipping method.
