Vintage Frame Set 56 cm 700c Reynolds 531 Campagnolo Nervex French Tour Mercier

Description

Vintage touring road bike with Campagnolo dropouts, mid fork mounts, 3 water bottle bosses and approx 43cm chain stays.  Approx 56 cm x 55 cm.  Bottom bracket is 68 mm shell, 35x1 right/right thread, likely French thread. Steer tube appears to be stamped Reynolds 531.  Small ding on the top tube that may be covered by cable housing.  Possible RD hanger repair.
Frame might be a Mercier, I've seen this integrated rack style before, cannot confirm the make.
Headset is likely 1" Pro / ISO compatible. Approx 25.4mm steerer OD, 30.2 cup OD, 24tpi.  Steer has a flat instead of a notch, similar to many French thread.
